Cavagnago

Cavagnago is a small village located in the mountains in the South part of Switzerland with nearly one hundred inhabitants.

The village is located on the Traversa, a sunny terrace of the middling Valle Leventina at an altitude of 1'000 meters (3'280.84 feet). Cavagnago can be reached by the valley bottom by following the main mountain road starting in Lavorgo, locality 7 km (4.35 miles) away from there.

The village has the typical characteristics of a small mountain village, with its traditional wooden houses with a stone base and a suggestive alpine panorama.
